Canoeing on Echo Lake

Sierra Pines owns 8 canoes which can be launched on nearby scenic Echo Lake. While one group of campers canoes on the lake, another can hike along the side of this spectacular alpine lake.Due to high wind conditions we recommend that you plan to canoe in the early morning when the winds are not as strong.

There is an age minimum of 12 years old for this activity and all those who use the canoes must know how to swim. There is a fee for the transportation and launching of the canoes.
